- DATA PROCESSING FOR PURPOSE OF ACCESS AND REGISTRATION, PERFORMANCE OF THE CONTRACT AND / OR EXECUTION OF PRE-CONTRACTUAL MEASURES ON REQUEST OF THE INTERESTED PARTY
Your personal data will be processed for:
- allow applicants to access the application platform;
- allow the jury to select winning applications;
- allow contacting applicants;
- allow sending the grant money to winner applicants
- allow reporting to partners of the Digital Whistleblowing Fund
The user’s data will be processed for the time strictly necessary for the performance of every activity (eg application data will be processed until the application process is over, taking into account the required technical time).
The computer systems and software procedures used to operate this website https://www.whistleblowingfund.org/ acquire, during their normal operation, some personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols.
This category of data includes IP addresses or domain names of computers and terminals used by users, addresses in URI / URL notation (Uniform Resource Identifier / Locator) of the requested resources, the time of the request, the method used in submitting the request to the server, the file size obtained in response, the numerical code indicating the status of the response given by the server (success, error, etc.) and other parameters related to the operating system and the user’s computer environment.
These data, necessary for the use of web services, are also processed for the purpose of obtaining statistical information on the use of the services (most visited pages, number of visitors per hour or daily slot, geographical areas of origin, etc.) and to check the correct operation of the services offered.
The navigation data will not be saved for more than 90 (ninety) days.

- DATA OF THE REPORTS
The data relating to whistleblowing reports received on whistleblowing platforms activated and maintained in Whistleblowing Solutions I.S. S.rl.l’s managed servers will be kept for a total of 6 (six) months, after which they will be automatically deleted. Every organization will have ample time available for managing and processing of submissions, having also the full faculty, in complete autonomy, of partial or total export.

The interested parties have the right to require from the co-owners at the above-mentioned addresses, in the cases provided for, access, correction, and cancellation of personal data (Articles 15 and ss of the Rules).
